On the positive side the breakfast was good the rooms were clean the hotel was clean with very nice hot tub as well as spa. On a negative side they advertised free parking and charged me for parking everyday I was there. Also, the safe my …

Parking was good, and location was great (being only a few minutes walk from the main strip). Rooms had newer furnishings and finishes, but were not cleaned very well. Thin floors will lead to complaints from both upstairs and adjacent neighbors if you are not extra careful or have kids. Fire alarm blasted a few rings between 6-7AM every other morning (evidently due to burning toast). Breakfast is the standard HIE fare and amenities are average.

The front desk lady, Donna, was extremely hostile and rude. Not at all normal for a hotel, especially a chain like this. She said that I, the guest, had a “bad attitude,” and laughed in my face. She also failed to honor a prior late check out/ extended stay request. I have filed this complaint with the corporate office as well. Absolutely disgraceful, as someone that frequently travels, I have never met someone as rude and inconsiderate as Donna. On a positive note, the location was not bad. The room was mediocre, bathroom needed cleaning.

Excellent positioning with proximity to the beach, accompanied by a satisfactory variety of breakfast options. Ensure thorough room cleanliness, particularly beneath the chairs. Room service inconsistently refills amenities. Multiple attempts to contact management yielded no response.

Best coffee in town! Super clean rooms and common areas. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great hotel for work or vacation! Free breakfast was delicious! To reply to another review here: As someone who's spent over 100 nights at other hotels this year. This hotel is top-notch! We had hot water all day, every day! Zero noise came through our walls or windows! Laundry machines were very convenient! Bed was comfortable, and we slept like babies!

We were well taken care of by the check in clerk. While we couldn’t be accommodated for early check in at 11am, the clerk let the cleaning staff know to get a room of our type ready as soon as possible, let us know when to check back, and gave us all kinds of tips and suggestions. She made this a much better hotel experience

The rooms are very nice here. Room was clean for the most part but they could’ve dusted or wiped down bed a little better. I really wish I could rate this place higher because the location is prime. But the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! There was an older lady at the front desk who had the worst attitude and was nasty to every customer. Again nice hotel but not with her there. Wouldn’t recommend until she is gone. On the bright side, the ocean was right down the road within walking distance.
